Traveling in a Mercedes-Benz SL-Class with the top down will not leave anyone indifferent. This, in particular, will be taken care of by an innovation from Mercedes-Benz – the AIRSCARF headspace air heating system. When the button is pressed, the fan blades located on the back of the seat headrests will begin to draw air inward. The intake air will be warmed up and then returned to the outside through the vents on the front of the seat head restraints.

The intensity of the AIRSCARF headspace heating can be adjusted individually, choosing one of three preset levels, depending on the state of health, weather or driving style.

To ensure that your back has all the support you need even during long journeys, the Mercedes-Benz SL-Class interior is equipped with seats with integrated seat belts and reinforced side elements. Whether you’re making a sharp turn or casually rushing forward, your seating position will remain unchanged, or rather, simply excellent.
