2019 Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe Owner's Manual

The GLE Coupe has a Dynamic Select system with which you can radically change the character of the car – from the most comfortable to the most sporty. Moreover, changing modes affects many parameters – engine and transmission settings, optional air suspension (a steel spring suspension with an amplitude-dependent damping system is installed as standard), power steering, and even such subjective things as the engine tone and graphics on the instrument panel. In the latter case, when choosing a comfortable mode, the driver will not see any sharp fluctuations of the arrows and unnecessary information, but it is worth switching to the βSport +β mode, as the driver will see data on lateral and frontal overloads, on the angle of rotation of the drive wheels, and so on. . The backlight and responses of instruments, respectively, will become much more aggressive.
The least powerful, if I may say so, engine installed under the hood of the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe is a 3-liter turbodiesel V6 with 258 βhorses and 620 Nm of torque, already available at 1600 rpm. This is followed by a 3-liter, but already gasoline V6 with two turbines, 333 hp. With. power and 480 Nm. And the most vigorous modification – GLE 450 AMG 4MATIC – produces 367 “horses” and 520 Nm of torque in the range from 1400 to 4000 rpm. Manual transmissions, at the same time, are not allowed for the car at all. All possible options in this case are replaced by a 9-speed “automatic” 9G-Tronic.
