Mercedes-Benz C180 Owner's Manual

Mercedes-Benz C Class Coupe (C180) owners manual in pdf.
The world premiere of the model took place at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2016.

Since the convertible top is the main feature of the convertible, we will start with it. It is soft in the C-Class Cabrio and can be black, blue brown or red. In the last three cases, a multilayer material is used, which improves sound insulation. The roof can be folded down in 20 seconds at speeds up to 50 km/h.

As is usually the case, the presence of a folding roof has led to a reduction in the volume of the luggage compartment (compared to its sister coupe) from 400 to 360 liters. And with the top folded down, it is completely equal to 285 liters. But the Germans equipped their convertible with the AirScarf system – a kind of “air scarf” that will not allow passengers to freeze, directing a stream of warm air from the air ducts to the neck. At the same time, the climate control itself understands when the roof is lowered, and automatically turns on the airflow of the driver’s hands on the steering wheel.

In general, if we talk about equipping the C-Class , then in this case only one word is applicable – great! There is an expanded set of airbags (including knee and front / rear curtains), and a system that warns the driver about inattention and drowsiness, and a system that prevents collisions at speeds from 7 to 200 km / h with automatic braking, and adaptive cruise control, operating up to 200 km / h, and automatic seat belt feed, semi-automatic parking system, a camera with a 360-degree view (including bird’s eye view), and a multimedia system with satellite navigation and acoustics, the sound of which imitates a concert hall.

From a technical point of view, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class has a higher weight compared to the coupe, since the engineers had to strengthen the body structure to maintain a high level of safety, as well as a suspension lowered by 15 mm.

Traditional for Mercedes-Benz, the engine range of models is replete with options. The C-Class Cabrio is no exception. One of eight engines can be installed under the cabriolet hood. Of these, six gasoline engines with a capacity of 156 to 367 liters. With. and two diesel, issuing 170 and 204 “horses”. All units comply with the Euro-6 environmental standard and are paired with a 9-speed 9G-Tronic automatic transmission.
