Whatever the answer, the popular description of the Mercedes-Benz GL 2011 certainly can’t be beaten, as it’s called a yacht on wheels. Funny, isn’t it? Such a nickname the vehicle achieved due to the capacity, the highest level of handling and comfort, and, of course, the large dimensions.
If you compare this GL with its older brother, it became longer by two centimeters and wider by one and a half centimeters. The size of wheels and its height remained the same as before. Despite all the brutality of the exterior, the designers achieved lightness and elegance at the expense of the cambers on the hood.
