In the new fifth generation, produced from 2020, the car is available in three body types: station wagon, sedan, and cross-unit. Already in the basic modification there is an impressive-sized tablet, which combines a 10.25-inch screen and multimedia controls.

Also in the basic equipment serious security system with the function of pedestrian detection, automatic braking, autopilot, which keeps a safe distance to the front cars. There is a choice of a huge number of engines in different modifications. Volume and power in the base is 2 liters, 197 horsepower.

The top version has a 4 liter engine, with an impressive 612 horsepower. Diesel engines are also available in 1.6 to 2.0 liters, with 160 to 194 horsepower. Similar models to E-Class among other brands are Audi A6, Lexus GS300, Opel Omega. The price is very high for this model, only the base version will cost $61,700,000. The top AMG version reaches $145,700,000.
