2008 Mercedes-Benz CLS Class Owner's Manual

Of course, not without the traditional variety of security systems. You can even say that the CLS station wagon is not inferior in their number to the S-Class. Here, there is a collision avoidance system, and all-round cameras, and adaptive cruise control with steering function, an emergency braking system that warns of dangers at intersections, and much, much more.

The Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake engine range consists of six units, two of which are gasoline. We are talking about a 3-liter turbocharged V6, issuing 333 hp. With. power and 480 Nm of torque, as well as a 5.5-liter V8 with 408 “horses” and 600 Nm. As for diesel engines, they are represented by two 4-cylinder designs with 170 and 204 hp. With. power (400 and 500 Nm of torque, respectively) and a V-shaped “six”, in the arsenal of which is 258 hp. With. and 620 Nm. Well, and, of course, one cannot but mention the charged versions of AMG, to which the Germans sent a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 with 585 hp. With. power and 800 Nm of torque (before restyling it was 557 and 720, respectively). And if the most powerful engine is paired with a 7-speed AMG Speedshift “automatic”, then all other units instead of the previous 7G-Tronic received a 9-mortar 9G-Tronic.
