2015 Mercedes-Benz B Class Owner's Manual

(Mercedes-Benz B-Class) – class “C” compact MPV. The debut of the restyled version of the second generation of the model took place at the Paris Motor Show in October 2014.
The second-generation B-Class was able to become quite successful in Europe, so Mercedes-Benz, in order to develop success, made some changes to the exterior of the car, redrawing the bumpers, grille and optics (fully LED headlights can be ordered as an option). Some changes have taken place in the interior, but they are minor. The only thing that attracts attention is the fact that the diagonal of the display of the multimedia system can reach not 7, but 8 inches.
The motor line, in addition to the already well-known 1.3 M282 (B180 – 136 hp 200 Nm and B200 – 163 hp 250 Nm) and 1.5 OM608 (B180d – 116 hp 260 Nm), received and a new, transversely mounted OM654 2-liter diesel engine. Such a motor not only met the tougher emission standards, but also became 16% lighter than its predecessor. This engine is installed on the B200d version (150 hp 320 Nm) and B220d (190 hp 400 Nm). At the same time, a new robotic dual-clutch gearbox, the 8G-DCT, is assigned to such Mercedes as partners. The rest will be equipped with the old Getrag 7G-DCT robot.
