The 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 joins the Mercedes lineup as an updated version of the 2015 M-Class SUV. Notable changes included a redesigned exterior styling, additional standard equipment and an upgraded COMAND interface. The new plug-in hybrid GLE 550e is also available to future owners and offers up to 18 miles of electric-only mileage.
Standard safety features in the 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class include anti-lock disc brakes, traction and stability control, frontal collision warnings, PreSafe software (which can recognize an imminent accident and automatically take steps to ensure passenger safety), front seat side airbags, full-length side curtains, and a knee airbag built into the driver’s seat.
