Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe – SUV class “K2” with front or all-wheel drive. The world premiere of the model took place at the Detroit Auto Show in January 2015.

Mercedes-Benz insists that the GLE is a coupe-like crossover. This statement is controversial, but there is no point in arguing with it. In any case, the German designers managed to create a spectacular car, even if it strongly resembles a competitor – the BMW X6.

If you look purely at the technique, then the GLE Coupe is a thoroughbred Mercedes-Benz with all the attributes inherent in German brand cars. In particular, the crossover has a 4Matic all-wheel drive system in its arsenal. Modifications GLE 350 d and GLE 400 have an even distribution of torque between the front and rear axles – 50:50, while in the GLE 450 AMG the thrust is shifted towards the rear axle in a ratio of 40:60.
