2001 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Owner's Manual

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter engine range includes 4 power options for 4-cylinder diesel engines with the latest common rail design with innovative elements such as piezo injectors (and in some versions) a two-stage BI-FLEX inflation system with two turbo heaters. As well as a V6-CDI diesel engine with a torque of 400 Nm. As a worthy alternative – a modern V6 gasoline engine – with an automatic transmission.

CDI diesel engines with excellent traction and outputs of 65–135 kW (88–184 (190) hp) are able to mobilize their full potential at the decisive moment. Depending on the engine, you can expect maximum torque between 1200-1600 to 2400-2600 rpm.

The 190 kW (258 hp) 3.5L petrol engine also pleases with increased torque at low and medium speeds, which provides it with throttle response and good elasticity.

We also have owner's manuals for other vehicle years:
